What is Zero Infinity?

Zero Infinity is a challenge to do absolutely NO unnecessary spending for one month. It is a cleanse. It is a beginning. And, its one of the hardest challenges you will ever face.

Day One:

Day one is the beginning. This is where you make the choice to let go of any unnecessary spending. Today, you will make a list of all the things you will allow yourself to spend this month. This should be only necessary items, such as milk or bread, and toiletry items.  DO not click the picture to download, click the link below the pictures

Day Two:

Today we are going to focus on taking an inventory of our cupboards, and making a meal plan! This will help you plan out your month so that you don’t feel as though you need to run to the grocery store everyday!

Task A:

You will need to inventory your cupboards and refrigerator/freezer. You will not be doing any unnecessary grocery shopping this month, so make sure you do a really good inventory. You will need this to move on to Task C

Task B:

Now that you have created an inventory of your pantry, its time to make a meal plan. You will need to print off four of these Meal Plan sheets, and brainstorm some meal ideas using what you already have in your pantry! If you are anything like me, you have forgotten what you had, and you will be surprised to what meal ideas you can come up with!

Day Three:

You have done, A. L.O.T. the last couple of days, and I am proud of you! Today is going to be a bit simpler. Its more of finding cost free things to do with your family! Try one of these, for starters..

  • Play Card & Board Games
  • Make Paper Crafts
  • Go to the library
  • Check out the community calander
  • Bake stuff from your pantry!
  • Watch old movies
  • Take pictures
  • Start a Family Blog
  • Visit a Free Museum
  • Make Freezer Meals
  • Learn Origami
  • Play Sharades
  • Do some Puzzles

Day Four:

Time for a Date night! A lot of my clients question how to keep their relationships vibrant during these stressful thirty days. Its super important to keep your marriage priority number one, while keeping your newfound challenge a priority as well! Try some of these ideas

  • Go for a Walk
  • Cook a meal together
  • Take a Hike
  • Take a Free Tour
  • Volunteer
  • Go for a Drive
  • Go Skinny Dipping

Weekend 1:

You made it through week one. You have a meal plan, and some fun free ideas you can use throughout the month. Next week, we are going to focus on organizing & cleaning, so get read, because its going to be a very eventful week!

This weekend, focus on reflecting on your good and bad moments. Go over your meal plan, plan some free activities for the weekend, and take a moment to bask in your glory! See you next week!
